The most important points first
We do not use any analytics or advertising services, do not embed any external fonts or maps, and do not store any cookies on your device during a normal visit. There are no user accounts and no newsletter.

3. Hosting
The website runs on a server rented by us in a data centre in Germany. We have a data processing agreement with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Cookies
No cookies are set and no data is stored in your browser for a normal visit to this website. That is why there is no consent banner here either.
This applies without exception: this website sets no cookies at all. There is neither a login area nor an editing interface — all content is built directly into the pages.
5. Contacting us
The contact form on this website does not send your details to our server. When you send it, your own email program opens with a prepared message, which you send yourself. No form data is stored or processed on this website in the process.
If you write to us by email, we process your details solely to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering your enquiry), and for enquiries about membership additionally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete the messages as soon as the matter has been finally resolved and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
6. No embedded third-party content
This website does not embed anything from other providers: no videos, no maps, no fonts, no social media buttons. All images, fonts and scripts come from our own server. Your browser does not contact any third party when you visit this site.
7. Links to other websites
In several places this website refers to other services, such as flingern-strassenfest.de, flingerpfad.de, zakk.de, our Instagram account or the website of the venue where we hold our regular get-together (Stammtisch). As soon as you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. We have no influence over how they process data.
