Image credits

The photos of the International Street Festival are our own pictures taken at our events. They show the festival as a public gathering, not individual people singled out — published pursuant to § 23 (1) no. 3 of the German Art Copyright Act (KUG).

Our other own pictures of the association's activities — the seniors' breakfast at the Kürtenhof, the Weckmann campaign at a primary school in Flingern (a Weckmann is a sweet bread figure traditionally shared on St Martin's Day), a FlingerPfad tour, the FlingerPfad stele and the volunteers in the kitchen — show individual people. They have consented to publication; for children, consent from their parents or guardians has been given.

Just one image is still generated with artificial intelligence: the regular get-together (Stammtisch) on the “About us” page. It shows a typical scene, but not an actual meeting and not real people, even if it looks like a photo taken in Flingern. We will replace it as soon as we have a photo of our own for it.

If you appear in one of our photos and no longer want to, just send us a short note at info@buergerinitiative-flingern.de — we will then take the picture down.

The association's logo (the five-part star) is the property of Bürgerinitiative Flingern e.V.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. However, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned immediately.
